Prominent and Rising Rap Stars Bringing the Hype to Clout Festival

Known for its culture, diverse landscapes and abundant history, Poland is also acclaimed for holding one of the first and only worldwide rap festivals in the world, known as the Clout Festival. Taking place on the 11th and 12th of July, with headliners like A$AP Rocky and Young Thug this one is definitely one for the books. We have created a lineup of artists that you can’t miss. 

YT

UK rapper YT is known for his digital sound which incorporates elements like drum patterns, trap, and 2010’s jerk trap - resulting in addicting melodies. After showing his mainstream appeal with the success of his song “Arc’teryx” on TikTok, YT has been gaining attention most recently due to the release of his most recent album “OI!”. He marks his position as a prominent rap star, due his track’s success and powerful collaborations with international artists as the cherry on top. 

Fimiguerrero

Another London based rapper and producer, Fimiguerrero has launched his music career in 2019 with the release of his debut song “Rubberbands”, and down the road with a seven song studio album “Human Anatomy”. He brings a blend of British trap and hip-hop, as well as hard hitting emotions in his sound and lyrics. He has collaborated with fellow UK artists YT and Lancey Foux as well. His most recent album released last year, “New World Order” Fimiguerrero showcases his rhythmic ability though high streamed songs like “Mandy” and “Vogue”.

Ski Mask The Slump God

With an energetic rap style, also known for his rapid-fire and distinctive ad-libs, Ski Mask the Slump God first gained popularity during our favorite SoundCloud era. His tracks “Catch me outside” and “Take a Step Back”, a collaboration with artist “XXXTentacion”, are probably familiar tracks when you’re on aux. He is best known to lead as well as inspire the rising generation of rap artists, co-founding Members Only, and his collaborations with prominent artists like Juice WRLD, Lil Yachty, and Young Thug. His nostalgic music production adds to his twist on traditional rap themes with his sometimes nonsensical lyrics and inventive wordplay.  

Denzel Curry

With a raw and versatile style of rap, American rapper Denzel Curry started as a pioneer for the new generation, and is now known for his high-energy performances, and introspective lyricism. With tracks that explore multiple vulnerable themes such as personal struggles to societal issues such as mental health and police brutality. Blending trap, hardcore and experimental hip-hop, his exploration in different musical territories further contribute to his known adaptable talent. Denzel Curry’s work has led him to gain a dedicated fan base, and the opportunity to open for artists like Billie Eilish and Kid Cudi. Don’t miss out on seeing his legendary set this week.
